I'm Kelly Anne Hovan — a REALTOR®, Certified Real Estate Negotiator (CREN), and Montana Ranch Properties agent with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Montana Properties (license #80373), in Butte serving sellers, buyers, and investors throughout Southwest Montana.
Before real estate, I spent a decade working as a registered nurse, work that demanded precision, composure under pressure, and genuine care for people during consequential moments in their lives. I bring that same steadiness to every transaction — my clients can rely on my clear communication, responsiveness, negotiation tactics, marketing expertise, pricing strategy, market knowledge, and more.
I don't just guide clients through the process — I've lived it. I've bought, sold, invested, and own and operate a small business here in Butte, so I understand firsthand what it takes to make a transaction succeed — whether that's a family home, recreational cabin, or investment property.
I live in Walkerville, where my family is now the fifth generation to call it home. My household is a full one — kids, dogs, cats, chickens, and ducks — and when I'm not working, you'll likely find me outside enjoying everything Montana has to offer with my family, from boating in the summer to skiing in the winter. I'm also actively involved in this community that I love and help where I can—volunteering, fundraising, etc.; my favorite role is being a class reader for Head Start!
